Content Manager
EA Mobility are a family run nationwide business. Established since 2017, we are on a mission to "Enable & Restore Independence" for our customers and their families. This is weaved into our everyday lives throughout the business as our installers fit adapted bathroom and wet room solutions for customers who are experiencing difficulty with using their bathroom due to disability or illness. We are accredited by Which? Trusted Trader, CHAS, Consumer Protection and Home Improvement Agency.
We are currently looking to enhance our marketing team by employing a purpose-driven Content Manager who loves turning technical product specs into exciting stories and enthusing the mission of what we stand for into every piece of comms. We have big goals for 2023 and beyond, and you will be a vital part of the team to achieve them by helping us increase salience, share of voice and brand equity by improving SEO metrics and results.
The role is hybrid, working a minimum of 2 x days per week in the office and the remainder of the week from home. About You:
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in digital marketing
- Solid understanding of content SEO (on-page and off-page)
- Good knowledge of Google Analytics and SEO tools for research and analysis
- Previous experience in web management using CMS
- Excellent written communication skills
- Commercial acumen is a must with an ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Creative, driven to test new ideas with a desire for continuous improvement
- Impeccable attention to detail and SPAG
The Role:
- Development of content strategy with the primary focus on SEO improvement based on keyword research
- Leading copywriting for the business, creation and proof-reading of high-quality SEO content like articles, blogs, case studies
- Work closely with the Senior Marketing Manager to formulate SEO friendly copy across the core web pages
- Conducting research in a thorough way in order to produce credible content targeted to different audiences
- Help to formulate the brand’s tone of voice, ensuring this is followed on every piece of comms
- Maintaining relationships with business partners to encourage positive social media engagement
- Leading the social media and email plan to produce carefully planned content and reactive activity
- Working closely with the commercial departments to ensure non-digital marketing strategies are supported
- Have a keen eye for imagery, capable of selecting strong photography to use across social and email and editing graphics using Photoshop or Canva
- Review and evaluate all content created, continuing to seek improvement
