Interim Marketing Manager - Job Description
This role is for someone who is an experienced marketing all-rounder, with a strong knowledge of digital marketing. They will be part of a company that works with the world's largest brands. They will be responsible for BAD’s marketing strategy and promoting BAD’s brand and services in support of our company growth objectives. They will report directly to the CEO and be at the forefront of our customer acquisition model. They will be obsessed with growth marketing and customer retention. They will work closely with all parts of the organisation, seeking input and support of the marketing plan and will be responsible for measuring marketing spend and ROI. They will have HubSpot expertise.

Has B2B marketing experience, with direct experience in marketing planning, demand generation, marketing campaign design, including webinars and project management.

Likes to be hands on, is a content creator, proficient at writing and content creation for social channels and campaigns and proficient in quality management of other people’s written/marketing content.

Proficiency in electronic marketing automation software and lead generation cycle – HubSpot experience is essential.
Experienced in managing a marketing function – FTE’s and on demand freelancers.
Detail-oriented with strong prioritising and decision-making skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, to budget and on time.
Extensive knowledge of marketing strategies, channels (especially social), website management, SEO management and branding.
Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
Develop and manage BAD’s marketing strategy, budget, and team.
Setting success metrics and reporting on progress.
Ownership and management of marketing automation strategy.
Ownership and management of all marketing channels including the website and ensuring it remains current and SEO optimised.
Creates awareness of and education about BAD’s product and service offerings through close collaboration with service line owners, helping to increase brand awareness and share of voice.
Experience creating compelling new marketing campaigns and optimising results through testing strategies.
Coordinates and prioritises digital marketing interventions with the sales, product, management team and production departments.
Analyses industry trends and bring external insights into BAD’s strategy.
Prepares digital marketing results for the management team including lead conversion, cost per lead by channel and recommendations on investment strategies as a result of data/ROI.
Promotes our brand at trade shows and major industry-related events.
Is a personal ambassador for BAD on social media channels and is accountable for creating and managing BADs social content strategy for wider uptake across the team, championing internal advocacy.
Keeps informed of marketing strategies and trends and updates the BAD strategy to reflect new thinking or innovation to our plan/ways of working.
Quality management of all marketing assets/content, including creation of BAD brand and adherence to it
Negotiate and manage vendor contracts.
