Job Role: Paid Social Account Manager 

Start Date: ASAP 

Salary: £35-45k + Annual Bonus

What is the Role? 

The role is to be a Paid Social Account a successful and dynamic organisation. Working in a creative and innovative environment, the role is varied and fast-paced and is not for the faint-hearted. 

 

Main Duties... 

Develop & manage truly world-class Paid Social campaigns across multiple platforms (primarily Facebook/Instagram but scope for TiKTok & YouTube) –you’ll have a lot freedom to test things & inject your creativity. 

You’ll work across 4-5 clients, where you’ll have ownership to monitor & analyse campaign performance – doing what you see fit to maximise results for our clients. 

Taking the lead with full funnel campaign ideas, driving the creative strategy and implementing effective targeting strategies to ensure the highest ROAS – your bread & butter skill set, no doubt. 

Work collaboratively with other members in the team to ensure Paid Social campaigns align with the overall goals of our clients. 

Be responsible for reporting back on results to clients on calls & face to face – being comfortable with being the ‘Paid Social Expert’.  

Opportunity to build out a team beneath you & have a real say in the strategic direction of the business in regards to Paid Social (as much or as little as you wish).

Essential Skills & Attributes 

 This is an experience required role – so proven experience as a Paid Social Manager, Executive or similar role, with a successful track record of managing and optimizing Paid Social campaigns. 

In-depth knowledge of Paid Social advertising platforms. 

Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and use insights to inform decision-making 

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders. 

A passion for staying up-to-date with industry trends and advancements, and a willingness to continually improve and evolve Paid Social strategies
