We’re on the hunt for a highly creative Brand Manager who will relentlessly increase our reach, build awareness, and enhance our authority in learning and EdTech. You’ll have already cut your teeth in brand management so you’re ready to sharpen your skills with a company who sees the power of investing in brand to drive real social impact.

For now, here's the highlights:

Brand Performance

Look under the hood of Glean’s brand so we can make considered and brave decisions to accelerate brand growth.

  • Measure and report on brand reach, awareness, salience, and other key KPIs and metrics. 
  • Manage the short-term brand strategy to meet growth and company goals and longer-term Brand objectives.  
  • Carry out research to keep ahead of competitors, as well as customer and market trends.

Brand Marketing

Make sure Glean is living rent-free in students’ minds so they know help is on hand. Work with different personas across international markets and build awareness and perception using creative campaigns.  

  • Deliver always-on brand marketing campaigns.  
  • Identify and seize opportunities for one-off experiential brand marketing. 
  • Contribute to the company positioning, messaging, and brand identity for maximum resonance with our target markets. 
  • Manage an annual budget for maximum impact in target markets.

Brand Authority

We want Glean to be synonymous with learning. Make sure our expertise is known so that learners know we’re a study companion they can trust.

  • Contribute to our thought leadership with high quality content, media, and events that promotes our key messaging and community strategy. 
  • Ensure our brand positioning and story is leveraged effectively on our website and digital platforms. 
  • Identify and secure social proof that raises the brand’s profile. 
  • Monitor and manage media relations and/or external PR support.
