We are looking for an experienced Junior Marketing Manager, to join our central team and be part of our success story.

The purpose of this role is to help achieve our ambitious growth targets through the delivery and implementation of our marketing and communications plan, including helping drive our lead generation programme across multiple marketing channels.

This is a great opportunity for a self-motivated and ambitious Senior Marketing Executive/Junior Marketing Manager to make a real difference in a growing business and to be a key person in our central team.

This role reports to the Head of Marketing and will involve working closely with our wider marketing team. You’ll also be directly supporting our business development team.

Key responsibilities

  • Campaign management - development and delivery of multi-channel lead generation campaigns, utilising email marketing, social media, paid advertising and marketing automation programmes.
  • Content management - implementing the roll-out of a variety of content, including blogs, whitepapers and reports.
  • Client engagement - delivery of ongoing client communications, client events and management of the client testimonial programme.
  • Effective reporting on marketing metrics
  • Brand guardianship - ensuring the YRH brand is delivered consistently across all touch points and delivering effective sales collateral to support the business development team.

Essential Skills & Experience

  • 5+ years marketing experience in a B2B environment
  • Degree in Marketing, or relevant marketing qualifications
  • Proven experience across email marketing and digital channels
  • Experience and knowledge of CRM systems (ideally Microsoft Dynamics)
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Energetic, positive & inquisitive and with a collaborative working style
  • Excellent communication skills - both verbal & written
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills and comfortable managing data
  • Strong initiative/self-starter
  • Ability to work from home effectively

Location:

Working predominantly from home, with regular working together days in our Farnborough office so you must be based locally.
