We are looking for a passionate entrepreneurial Senior Digital Marketing and Event specialist to lead and shape our Marketing Team. You will need to be confident and have a proven track record of scaling up a marketing function. The successful candidate will have a strong background in B2B digital marketing and be a natural problem solver capable of thinking outside the box.

Key Skills, Knowledge and Experience

Day to day you will lead the Marketing strategy end to end while mentoring the team. You will need to be analytical and a strong copy writer capable of engaging a variety of audiences with first class content. You will ideally have hands on experience leading digital marketing for a Digital Agency.


• Shape and scale an aggressive marketing strategy in the UK and internationally.

• Mentor the current team to help them grow and quickly scale our marketing.

• Work with the team and suppliers to execute all digital marketing, including SEO, marketing database, email/marketing automation, social media and display advertising campaigns.

• Take ownership of all events: inhouse, partner & industry

• Refine and Define Marketing KPIs

• Measure and report performance of all marketing activity, and assess against business goals

• Collaborate with partners, internal teams and clients to build engaging content Requirements & Personal Characteristics

• Proven track record of scaling a digital marketing function within a B2B business

• Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO, marketing database, email/marketing automation, social media and/or display advertising campaigns

• Highly creative, with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate prospects, clients and partners

• Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking

• Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement Highly Desirable: • Experience working within a CX/UX/CRO agency

• Experience building marketing teams within an agency
