We’re seeking a Campaign & ABM Manager to join our team!

This exciting role is responsible for maximising revenue in key markets by partnering with regional sales teams to generate pipeline, accelerate existing opportunities and support growth into strategic accounts.

We’re looking for an experienced B2B Marketer with a good understanding of account-based marketing principles to support our EMEA and DACH Sales team and be part of our Regional Marketing teams with colleagues based in Cambridge, Berlin, Brisbane, Austin and Pasadena.

We’re looking for a candidate who’s a strong team-player, with the ability to work independently and a can-do attitude. The perfect candidate will have the ability to create and deliver marketing plans and campaigns for priority accounts and key segments within the region. You will be comfortable creating and localizing content and messaging and adapting for 1-to-1, 1-to-few or 1-to-many sales and marketing initiatives across the entire buyer’s funnel.

You’ll have experience working closely with Sales and feel confident carrying out other sales driven marketing activities to support account planning, pipeline generation and deal progression. You’ll also be required to provide sales enablement at various stages of the sales cycle which may include developing pitch decks and business cases for key personas.

We are seeking someone who has a proficient knowledge of the English and German language to create and manage our local campaigns within the DACH region along with supporting our strategic accounts in Germany.

Key responsibilities

  • Create and deliver integrated marketing plans with a strong emphasis on driving pipeline generation and accelerating existing opportunities, adopting a 1:1, 1:few or 1:many approach where necessary.
  • Develop understanding of our buyers, their challenges and needs, through ongoing research and strong relationships with sales.
  • Monitor regional trends and use insights of the market, segments or accounts to inform marketing campaigns and content creation for personas across the entire buyer’s journey.
  • Leverage and localise marketing assets and campaigns to meet the needs of the DACH region.
  • Partner with sales to identify sales enablement needs and equip the team with messaging, content and insight throughout at all stages of the sales cycle.
  • Collaborate and partner with marketing peers on campaign concept, content requirements and digital marketing support to ensure alignment, effective use of resources, and consistency with brand requirements.
  • Support ABM Managers with the strategy and implementation of effective Account Based Marketing programs for a key segment or account.
  • Identify opportunities to improve campaign and ABM effectiveness through better audience segmentation, account targeting, messaging, marketing tactics and processes.
  • Measure and report on the success of marketing campaigns and make data-driven decisions to improve future campaign performance and support overall pipeline generation and revenue goals. 

What makes you Redgate’s Campaign & ABM Manager?

  • Significant B2B marketing experience, ideally in the software industry.
  • Proven track record creating targeted and integrated marketing campaigns for pipeline generation, and an understanding of how to customize for ABM programs.
  • Experience developing and executing integrated marketing campaigns using digital tactics, events, webinars and emails as well as content creation – having often had to manage multiple marketing programs simultaneously and independently.
  • You are a self-starter, autonomous and can confidently manage and prioritise your own workload - all while keeping stakeholders informed and bought in to your approach.
  • Excellent communication skills including the ability to develop, and repurpose, written sales and marketing copy and deliver campaign briefings to sales.
  • Strong commercial acumen and a data driven mindset, with the ability to draw insights and act on findings.
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively and cross-functionally, with experience of working closely with a sales organization.
  • English and German language skills are required to support the creation of marketing content and customer proposals.
