Marketing Manager - Tenbury Wells area
Do you have a strong background in Marketing and love to come up with content and ideas? Our client is in search of a Marketing Manager who is an excellent communicator, embodies creativity, dedication, and the drive to make things happen. You will be creating and executing marketing strategies, liaising with senior management. The role offers autonomy, giving you the canvas to craft and implement marketing strategies and your creativity will be the driving force behind further developing our client’s brand in a vibrant marketplace. Experience of marketing in wholesale, retail and online environments would be particularly desirable.
- Creating and executing marketing strategies, presenting them to senior management.
- Identifying and implementing both short-term marketing projects and a long-term strategy aligned with company goals.
- Developing and strengthening our client’s brand's presence in both the trade and consumer markets.
- Managing a marketing budget and allocating funds to achieve the best return on investment.
- Monitoring and enhancing the efficiency of marketing activities, troubleshooting underperforming campaigns.
- Collaborating with media and advertising agencies to create content and post-campaign reports.
- Organizing promotional events such as trade shows, including managing exhibit stand design and materials; suggesting and managing in-house promotional events.
- Creating and managing content across various channels, including print media, social media, and online platforms.
- Building a network of contacts in local and national press, both in print and digital.
- Monitoring e-commerce analytics to optimize customer acquisition and conversion rates, as well as improving SEO.
- Keeping an eye on competitor marketing activities and industry trends.
- Recruiting and training marketing assistants as the business grows.

- Competitive Compensation: You can expect a salary between £35,000 - £40,000, depending on your experience.

Our Ideal Candidate:
We are looking for an individual who possesses:
- Previous experience within a marketing role (senior marketing experience is preferred but not essential).
- A Diploma in Professional Marketing from CIM or an equivalent qualification.
- Self-motivation and the ability to work independently.
- Exceptional attention to detail and a focus on meeting budgets and timelines.
- Strong written skills with a flair for creativity and persuasion.
- Knowledge of SEO.
- Outgoing, friendly, communicative, and able to represent the company at various events.
