Our podcast and content agency Phonic Content seeks a dynamic and talented Marketing Assistant to join our team. As a leading agency in the industry, we specialise in creating engaging and high-quality podcast and content marketing solutions for our diverse range of clients. The Marketing Assistant will play a crucial role in developing and implementing effective marketing strategies that drive growth and success for our client's brands.
- Collaborate with the management team and clients to understand their business goals, target audience, and marketing objectives.
- Develop comprehensive marketing plans tailored to meet the unique needs of each client, including podcast promotion, content marketing, and online media campaigns.
- Execute marketing strategies across various online media channels, including but not limited to social media platforms (Facebook, LinkedIn), Google Ads, and other digital advertising channels.
- Create compelling and persuasive copy for a variety of marketing materials, including social media posts, ads, blog posts, email campaigns, and website content.
- Manage social media accounts, ensuring consistent branding and engagement with the audience.
- Monitor and analyse the performance of marketing campaigns, providing data-driven insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with the content creation team to ensure marketing materials align with the overall content strategy and resonate with the target audience.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in marketing, content, and podcast promotion.
- Proven experience in developing and executing successful marketing strategies, with a focus on online media channels (social media, Google Ads, etc.).
- Strong copywriting skills with the ability to craft engaging and persuasive content for various platforms and audiences.
- Demonstrated expertise in managing social media platforms (Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok) and an understanding of their advertising tools.
- Experience in creating and managing paid-for ads on Facebook, LinkedIn, and Google Ads, with a track record of achieving positive ROI.
- Familiarity with podcast promotion and content marketing is a plus, but not mandatory. A willingness to learn and adapt quickly is highly valued.
- Proficiency in using analytics tools to measure campaign performance and draw actionable insights.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a keen eye for detail.
