In 2016, we looked around at the insurance industry and saw that it was shockingly outdated. No embrace of technology. And no empathy for real-world situations – like how more people are renting for longer, and with more flatmates. So, we decided we should fix it – starting with both of those ingredients: more technology and a lot more respect.
It should go without saying but, in this industry, you sadly have to make it clear: We’re not here to pull a fast one. We’re here to craft great insurance for the demands of a new generation. End of story.
