Located central to the County Town of Kent, Maidstone Distillery is situated in the historic and beautiful setting of the Market Buildings and old Corn Exchange.

We are a distillery making five fabulous spirits: three gins, a low alcohol gin and a liqueur. Our George Bishop Gin has been lucky enough to be awarded the 2021 Kent Spirit of the Year Award and won its first gold medal last year too. We run five star rated visitor experiences, consisting of distillery tours, guided gin making, cocktail masterclasses and private events.

Maidstone has a fascinating history of distilling dating as far back as the 18th Century, and it is this alongside our own personal desire to create unique and delicious spirits, that makes us so unique.
