We are looking for a dynamic and hands-on Marketing Manager to join our growing team. Candidates should ideally have 3 years+ of experience working in a consumer brand startup driving D2C growth with controlled and efficient use of limited budgets.

FMCG or premium brand experience would also be useful, but not essential.

✔️ What your new job will be: 

  • Planning and executing regular marketing and brand campaigns, including product launches, seasonal campaigns, promotions/sales and partnerships.
  • Organising & managing all communication campaigns on social media, PR & social ads.
  • Creating content and coming up with ideas to execute to grow the Clothes Doctor brand.
  • Continually improve our website,  - writing compelling copy and optimising for conversion and customer experience.
  • Manage email marketing campaigns and automated email flows to convert and retain users. 
  • Outreach to influencers, press and other brands with thoughtfully created hooks to drive partnership opportunities and collaboration.
  • Manage agency relationships.
  • Plan, oversee and attend events to help raise brand awareness and sell our products.
  • Reviewing and reporting of marketing success including KPIs (e.g. Engagement, Traffic, Conversion Rate, CPC, CAC, AOV) and ROAS on campaigns.
  • Gradually pick up more strategic responsibilities, influencing the direction of the brand and helping to set and allocate budgets.

You will possess the following skills

  • Operational executor with an interest in developing your strategic skills and mindset  - ready to roll up your sleeves while the team is lean
  • Hands-on experience with most major paid digital acquisition channels (including PPC and social)
  • Web analytics, ad, data and tracking platform experience is a plus (e.g. Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics and Data Studio)
  • Email marketing experience. Direct experience with Klaviyo is a plus.
  • Ability to think long term and big picture, and affect the holistic company direction through collaboration and excellent communication
