Role Profile

The Association for Coaching (AC), now into our 20th year, is one of the leading, global professional coaching bodies, and is looking for an experienced and delivery focused digital marketing coordinator who will be responsible for supporting our in-house marketing team with social media and member engagement.


As we continue to deliver exceptional member experiences, the digital marketer will be someone who like to post and provide and build and execute the AC social media strategy across all AC social media platforms. The person needs to be a confident communicator who enjoys proactively engaging with people who interact with the AC via our social channels and community platforms, offering a highly responsive first line response. This role supports the Social Media  Manager and interacts across the AC functional teams.

This is a unique role for someone who is versatile and has capabilities to work across the marketing function. We are looking for someone who has demonstrated their track record in the following areas:


  • Responsible for daily social media posting across all AC social channels
  • Creation of relevant content, including developing associated imagery using tools such as Canva.
  • Create a regular publishing schedule and promote content through social advertising. Collaborating with other AC functions to ensure we have a consistent campaign plan that shares relevant and timely content.
  • Leverage the right tools to manage timely posting of content and tracking.
  • Respond to comments and queries in a timely manner including reporting any feedback received online.
  • Produce monthly reports of AC social media activity tracking against all posts and supporting with the development of internal AC dashboards for weekly and monthly reporting, by channel.
  • Build relationship with key influencers.
  • Passionate about staying up to date with social/digital technology trends and how best to execute them pragmatically.
  • Will need to have solid experience and insights on Linked-in, Facebook, Twitter, Youtube, Whatsapp, Instagram engagement strategies

  • Excellent verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent writing skills with an attention to detail.
  • Experience of building and communities, and leveraging data to report on findings from the engagement generated.
  • Ability to produce high quality digital content.
  • Knowledge of Canva, Hootesuite, any CMS platforms.
  •  Coaching industry knowledge/experience preferred

Up to 75 hours per month (ideally delivered daily Monday to Friday).
