Are you a senior B2B marketer with the experience and passion to help define the vision and deliver best-in-class global campaigns? If so, you could be Redgate’s next Global Campaigns Manager. 

We’re looking for someone to help us define the strategy for global integrated campaigns that create and capture demand in target audiences and work together with regional sales and marketing teams to generate pipeline. You’ll lead a cross-functional team to deliver campaigns in support of company priorities. 

The role

You will:

  • Provide strategic input to solution-focussed campaign objectives and messaging informed by research, data and engagement with stakeholders
  • Develop and execute long-term integrated marketing campaign plans to engage the target audience at all stages of the buying cycle, leveraging the right mix of tactics, and always keeping the customer front-of-mind
  • Collaborate with peers globally across marketing, sales and product to develop, execute and optimise the content marketing strategy to support global campaign objectives
  • Help shape and implement campaign reporting including analysis of global and regional campaign performance.
  • Understand and support regional needs for the campaign, provide strategic counsel, idea generation and consultation

Our ideal candidate has:

  • A vision for what great global multi-channel campaigns should encompass and experience of successfully delivering them to engage multiple personas and vertical sectors
  • Significant marketing experience in a B2B organisation, ideally in the software industry, including defining a marketing strategy and an understanding of the content, channels and tactics required to engage different personas across the buying cycle.
  • Proven experience of data-driven decision making, able to analyse opportunities, use critical thinking skills, define successful approaches, and proactively solve problems
  • Proven experience of working collaboratively with cross-functional teams
  • Strong campaign and project management skills
  • Excellent communication skills and an ability to influence others. You act as a business partner to people around the organisation

What’s the package?

  • A great benefits package
  • Salary is around £50,000 - £55,000 depending on experience.
  • You’ll work about 40 hours a week, with flexible work time.
