The Role:

We're looking for a Content & Social Media Executive looking for a new challenge. The candidate must be enthusiastic, confident and have a passion for content generation & social media.

You will support the overall marketing objectives including content planning, writing, asset creation, blogger outreach and publishing which you will deliver as part of the integrated communications plan. You will also have proven experience growing social media channels in a B2B environment.



•                Input into the development of the content plan – coming up with ideas to allow successful content marketing strategies to be deployed

•                A solid understanding of content marketing and SEO. Proficient is using tools like AH refs and Google search console to understand SEO opportunities and develop content plans accordingly

•                Write engaging and unique content to support overall business goals

•                Develop blog articles, social posts, onsite content and email marketing in line with the brand and to deliver against agreed objectives in the content plan

•                Experience in growing engaged and authentic brand communities, specifically on Twitter and LinkedIn

•                Delivery of social strategy and campaigns Ensure social media initiatives are delivered against pre-agreed objectives, budgets and KPI’s

•                Creative thinker. Ability to develop new, innovative and unique content to quickly gain traction and engagement on social media channels for a new brand.

•                Daily monitoring of social channels responding to comments as required and reacting to news / industry.

•                Developing timely and relevant content to maximum impact

•                Keep abreast of social developments, both thought leadership, technology, platforms and channels. Build the case and define the role for emerging platforms, channels, leading-edge tools and best practice to drive continual and sustainable performance improvement.

•                Develop onsite content to aid campaign conversion and SEO rankings.

•                Manage all paid social campaigns to drive b2b leads

•                Manage content outreach to key influencers, bloggers and journalists

•                Analyse content and social post performance using tools such as Google search Console, Google Analytics and Hootsuite

•                Closely monitor and report back on competitor activity. Make recommendations on how to adapt plans and content accordingly

•                Closely monitor the news agenda, understand what’s topical on social media and respond quickly and effectively to maximise opportunities that may arise

•                An understanding of Webflow CMMS is preferred but not essential.


Core Skills:

•                Content Marketing experience minimum of 2 years

•                Social media experience – minimum 2 years

•                Strong creative writing, research and editing skills

•                Impeccable attention to detail

•                Ability to adapt style and tone of voice to suit target market

•                Ability to work to strict deadlines and campaign schedules

•                Strong collaboration skills – this role will require working with key internal and external stakeholders

•                Quirky, unique and innovative style

•                Ability to analyse campaign stats and make recommendations on how to improve performance

•                Solid understanding of AH refs, GSC, LinkedIn, Twitter and Hootsuite are essential
