As Digital Marketing Executive within the Fabric Marketing team, you’ll support us to gain greater visibility online, engage with our audience of ambitious marketers, activate leads, and generate a good quality pipeline. The role:

Working alongside the Head of Marketing to execute digital marketing and email campaigns in line with our strategic plan you will be responsible for:

  • Planning and activating our digital marketing strategy across multiple channels including the creation, set up, testing and reporting of email campaigns (nurture, newsletters, promo campaigns & more), and conducting a/b tests where appropriate
  • Launching, monitoring and managing paid campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Google AdWords, including ad copy testing and budget management
  • Carrying out routine website reviews to ensure that the website conforms to web quality standards, based on SEO best practice
  • Developing and executing the SEO strategy including conducting thorough keyword research, content development, reporting and competitor analysis
  • Tracking, measuring and reporting on performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assessing against marketing and business goals
  • Coordinating regular reports to be shared with MD and HoM on campaigns, activities and initiatives
  • Ensuring online brand consistency, content production, and delivery across all digital platforms including (but not limited to) website, social media, partner/medias, and third-party listings and content
  • Researching and recommending new ideas for compelling “storytelling” content to push through digital mediums
  • Working with HoM to ensure high-quality content production and delivery that supports campaigns and objectives
  • Staying ahead of trends in email marketing and digital marketing

What you’ll need:


  • 1-2 years digital marketing experience and strong knowledge of digital channels including paid and organic social, Google Ads, SEO and email marketing
  • Solid knowledge of website analytics tools including Google Analytics and Tag Manager
  • Experience in creating, editing, and developing content for digital and social platforms
  • Thrives in a fast-paced working environment with the ability to work across multiple projects and tasks at once
  • Excellent communication skills - written and verbal
  • Demonstrated ability to be highly self-motivated and work effectively as part of a team as well as autonomously
  • Excellent time management, organisation skills, and attention to detail
  • Excellent grammar and a desire to develop copywriting skills


  • Experience and knowledge of the education technology sector
  • Analytical skills and data-driven thinking
  • Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement
  • Experience of marketing automation systems
