About the role

Reporting to the Senior Marketing Manager, the key purpose of this role is to increase the visibility of the Domino brand and drive brand awareness through the delivery of creative, distinctive campaigns. You will work with the Global Marketing team to deliver creative campaigns that increase engagement and drive traffic to our website. In this role, you will play a key role in shaping and delivering a growing programme of brand-building campaigns and advertising programmes with a wide range of subject matter experts. This role will play an integral part in achieving our ambitions:

Campaign management

You will be experienced in managing content and brand-building marketing campaigns from concept creation, budget planning, and development, through to deployment management (in conjunction with media agencies), performance review, and optimisation. Campaign management including scheduling, briefing, approvals, launch of the design, content, and production of all marketing campaign materials will be second nature to you as will the effective communication of campaign objectives to key stakeholders.

Digital Marketing

Working closely with our in-house specialists, and with our incumbent agencies, you will have a strong understanding of digital and social media communications. You have a genuine interest in digital developments and will foster an ‘always learning’ approach to ensure we are always optimising our approach.

Brand development

You will support the Senior Marketing Manager and Visual Content Designer in the development of the brand, including acting as one of our brand guardians to ensure all asset creation is supporting the brand positioning: “Domino. Do more.”

Localising and calendarising content

You will work closely to build relationships with our Regional Marketing Managers across the globe, and our Distributor Marketing Manager, to promote the uptake of brand awareness campaigns. You will manage all content localisation with the help of our friendly and helpful translation agency. You will work on projects to improve translation effectiveness. You will ensure our content calendar is kept updated with all campaign activity, including PR and social media. You will be required to build relationships with all Domino subsidiaries and Distributor Marketing Manager to ensure that they have involvement and full visibility of all activity happening that is either brand-led or part of the blog programme strategy.

About you

  • Campaign management experience including digital and social media
  • Full understanding of digital marketing metrics and their role within wider campaign success. Able to analyse and make data-driven performance improvement recommendations
  • Experience in optimising and targeting for key audience segments
  • Clear and effective communicator, used to working in a multi-language international environment
  • An ability to build strong relationships with our in-house specialists, agencies, and key stakeholders
  • Experience in a B2B marketing role
  • Creative thinker and problem solver
  • Passionate and energetic presenter and influencer
  • Ability to plan long-term strategies while also being able to respond quickly and appropriately to a fast-changing content environment.
